Orders are send to you via Australia Post or Sendle Courier.

Your product will be shipped from our Melbourne office with 1 business day of receiving payment for your order. Exceptions to this include weekends and public holidays, in which case items will be dispatched the next business day.

Standard delivery times for our Aussie customers:

Untracked orders: 2-10 business days

Tracked* orders: 2-7 business days

*For orders consisting of two or more items, a unique tracking number will be provided on your account. Please log in via our website to view your tracking number. The number can be used to follow the delivery of your package. If the delivery address is unattended when your order arrives, it will be sent to the nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

International Shipping:

Yes! We do ship worldwide!

For international shipping costs please proceed to check out and select your location. Shipping cost will be automatically updated and added to your cart total.

Damaged Goods, Returns & Refund Policy

If you have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return or exchange it, we are happy to receive it back, unopened via tracked shipping to the address below. Once we have received your package, we will email you to let you know that a refund is coming your way. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.

The greatest care will be taken when packaging and sending our products. If anything you receive is damaged during transit, please let us know immediately via email at orders@everybodi.co so we can work out the best way to resolve the issue.
